We accept returns and exchanges exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Product Condition: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

  • Requirements: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and inside their original packaging.

  • Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 60 days following delivery.

How to Return an Item

  • By Mail: Contact our support team at support@hazaplan.shop to initiate your return. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email to download and print.

  • In-Person / Office Return: You may return items directly to our registered business office at 39-49 Commercial Road, First Floor Oceana House, Southampton, SO15 1GA, United Kingdom. Please bring the original product and your order confirmation receipt.

Return Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is FREE for all domestic returns when using our provided prepaid return label.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees (£0 / $0).

Refunds

  • Inspection & Processing: Once your return arrives and undergoes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Financial institutions may require additional business days to post the transaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hazaplan.shop with your order reference number and clear photographs. We will issue a replacement or a complete refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations and Amendments

Order cancellations or modifications can only be requested within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, orders transition into handling and production and cannot be altered.
