These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and services provided by HAZAPLAN LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) via hazaplan.shop. By browsing or ordering from our site, you accept and agree to these Terms.

2.2. Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the specified items.

2.3. The purchase agreement is formed upon our confirmation via email or receipt of payment.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal & Returns

3.1. UK Statutory Rights: Consumers maintain the legal right to cancel contracts within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Regulations.

3.2. Extended Store Policy: HAZAPLAN LIMITED provides an extended 60-day return period for unused and unopened products, as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

3.3. Procedure: Notification must be provided in writing to support@hazaplan.shop.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All displayed prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT. Standard domestic delivery is free of charge.

4.2. Payment methods displayed at checkout are processed through certified, encrypted third-party service providers.

5. Delivery & Ownership

5.1. Delivery is executed to the address supplied during the checkout workflow.

5.2. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit requires 3–4 business days within the UK.

5.3. Legal ownership remains with HAZAPLAN LIMITED until full payment is finalized.

6. Product Guarantees & Faults

6.1. Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all items must correspond to description, demonstrate satisfactory quality, and be fit for purpose.

6.2. If an item arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days at support@hazaplan.shop for an exchange or full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Our total financial liability regarding any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.

7.2. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential losses.

7.3. Nothing herein limits statutory liability for fraud, gross negligence, or bodily harm.

8. Governing Law and Legal Venue

8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.

8.2. Competent courts of England and Wales hold non-exclusive jurisdiction.
